Mobsmart respects your privacy and protects your personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
We do not store your card, UPI or banking details. All payments are processed by our secure payment gateway, which handles that data directly.
Only as needed to serve you — delivery partners (to ship your order) and our payment gateway (to process payment). We never sell your personal data.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, at the contact details below.
By using mobsmart.in and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All orders on Mobsmart are prepaid — we accept UPI, cards, net banking and EMI through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not available. We never store your card or banking details.
All phones are 100% genuine and sealed, each with a unique IMEI. We recommend recording your IMEI on delivery. The manufacturer's warranty applies per the brand's terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
Our aim is simple: get your phone to you quickly and securely, exactly as ordered.
We ship across India through reputed courier partners. In Delhi NCR you can also choose store pickup from our Janakpuri showroom, or same-day local delivery where available.
Shipping is calculated live through Delhivery for your exact pincode and order weight — we charge exactly what Delhivery charges us, with no markup. The real fee is shown at checkout before you pay, never a surprise added later. We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking, EMI). Cash on Delivery is not available.
Please check the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it, and record a clear unboxing video — it makes any claim quick to resolve. If the outer packaging looks tampered with, don't accept the parcel and inform us straight away.
Buy with total confidence. Because every Mobsmart phone is 100% genuine, sealed, and IMEI-checked before dispatch, we don't accept change-of-mind returns — but if your device arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right, no questions asked. Smartphones are covered for 7 days from delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Within the window, eligible phones follow a replacement-firstapproach. Where a replacement isn't possible — same model out of stock, or a wrong item delivered — we compensate you with Mobsmart store credit after a quality check, per the Refunds section below.
You can cancel any time before dispatch — since nothing has shipped yet, this is refunded to your original payment method, not store credit. Once out for delivery it can't be cancelled, but you may decline it at the door if the seal/packaging is damaged.
Compensation is issued as Mobsmart store creditto your account, not back to your original payment method (card, UPI, etc.). Store credit doesn't expire and can be used toward any future order on mobsmart.in — it's applied automatically at checkout once you're signed in.

All phones come with the standard manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months, as per the brand), covering manufacturing defects. Terms, duration and coverage are set by the manufacturer.
Devices are serviced through the brand's authorised service centre using your invoice and IMEI. We'll gladly guide you to the right service centre and help with the process.
